SEE Telecom designed a radio communications system to provide radio coverage in Juan Manuel Morón Garcia Tunnel, popularly known as the Somosierra Tunnel. It's a two-tubed tunnel 620 m each, in Madrid, Spain.

The system is designed for the retransmission of: 

• Four FM channels with a voice break-in capacity, allowing the sending of emergency messages in both tubes in a differentiated way. 
• Four duplex VHF channels for the operational teams and emergency services. 
• Four UHF channels for TETRA and TETRAPOL public security services.

The Juan Manuel Morón Garcia tunnel is located on the Somosierra Pass-a Road pass with an altitude of 1,445 m, located in the Sierra de Guadarrama between the Madrid and Castilla y León communities.
