Scheduled for March 26 and 27, 2020 in our Nivelles premises, the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) was able to be held anyway: as the Belgian border was closed during the Covid-19 health crisis, and in agreement with the client, the first e-FAT was organized.
While respecting the instructions for physical distance, our Marketing Director played the role of the client, trying to remain as neutral and as rigorous as possible to be certain of delivering the system in the expected level of quality. Proof of the impartiality of the tests carried out, minor non-conformities were detected, and the written reports, accompanied by photo and video reports, convinced our client to sign the reception document remotely.
